PARTNERS ARE SERVING THEIR COMMUNITIES

In addition to stocking our own shelves, we’re encouraging our community partners statewide to do the same in an effort to keep their doors open. Thankfully, our network is made up of resolute and deeply committed organizations that are doing all they can to ensure they remain available for their communities in this uncertain time.

LENDING A HAND

As the Maryland Food Bank continues our emergency response to COVID-19, we want to remind you that the food bank is considered an essential business. We are second responders in times of uncertainty and serve as an important source of food for many Marylanders. Our volunteers are also considered essential and should not hesitate to travel to and from our facilities to help.

We are committed to ensuring our network of community partners and the individuals and families who rely on them receive the food assistance they need during this tumultuous time… but we can’t do it without you. We anticipate our needs shifting and expanding exponentially in the very near future, so please stay in touch and sign up for shifts when you can.
